> My work is distilling complex information into actionable insight.

## Method

Charlie Munger argued that good judgment comes from a latticework of mental models: the big ideas from many fields, held together so each one checks the others. Finding the connections between them is the work I love most. In a classroom, a keynote, or an investment decision, I take the research from many fields and distill it into the few pieces that matter: what to do next, and what to stop.
